Shape the future of the medical industry.

Change the future of life-saving and life-enhancing opportunities. Guide innovations within health and life-science and drive local innovation together with the Carlson School of Management.

In this immersive bootcamp you will learn the skills required to provide a rapid production market analysis of promising medical technology that has the potential to be a life-saving innovation and expand economic development in the medical industry. You will create a top-to-bottom analysis of new medical innovation and its prospects in the market, and guide the inventors to a business plan worth investing in – be it through hands-on product development, financing, market research or the authorship of management plans.

The program includes lectures and site visits to some of the city’s most buzzing innovation hubs, and gathers entrepreneurs, policymakers, business leaders, and financiers focusing on the advancement of medical technology on a sustainable, global scale.

Learning Outcomes

The outcome of this bootcamp is to equip students with tools to evaluate the value of new medical industry technology, service or process by considering several factors such as market demand, size and potential, intellectual property opportunities, regulatory hurdles, and return on investment.
