Medical Innovation

Shape the future of the medical industry.

If you are passionate about making a change in the world through life-saving and life-enhancing opportunities, this bootcamp is for you. Take the chance to guide some of the ecosystem’s most promising innovations within health and life-science and drive local innovation in our upcoming bootcamp with the Carlson School of Management.

Innovations in medical technologies are one of the leading areas of economic growth in the world. Whether new technologies take the form of a pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or information technology, the opportunities for both private enterprise and social welfare are substantial.

In this immersive bootcamp you will learn the skills required to provide a rapid production market analysis of a promising medical technology that has the potential to be a life-saving innovation and expand economic development in the medical industry. You will create a top-to-bottom analysis of new medical innovation and its prospects in the market, and guide the inventors to a business plan worth investing in – be it through hands-on product development, financing, market research or the authorship of management plans.

The program includes lectures and site visits to some of the city’s most buzzing innovation hubs, and gathers entrepreneurs, policymakers, business leaders, and financiers focusing on the advancement of medical technology on a sustainable, global scale.

Selected participants will get the chance to work in cross-cultural teams with students of the Carlson School of Management on a valuation project, and gain crucial, resume-building experience by working on a live project.
