Dr. Pär Åhlström is the Torsten and Ragnar Söderberg Professor of Operations Management at the Stockholm School of Economics. He has been carrying out research within the field of Innovation and Operations Management for the past 25 years at several academic faculties including London Business School, SSES and Chalmers University of Technology.
He currently serves as Vice President of Degree Programs at Stockholm School of Economics, is a board member of the Institute for Management of Innovation and Technology (IMIT) and a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). He is also a co-author of the management best-seller ‘This is Lean: Resolving the Efficiency Paradox’, with over 250,000 copies in circulation.
