The context course Digital Health & the doctoral course Intellectual Property Rights in an Academic Context.
What is your previous work experience?
In short, software developer in the medical device industry. Freelance consult with a focus on supporting earl Life Science companies. Teaching at the Royal Institute of Technology and Karolinska Institutet. Currently I’m employed as a Business Coach at Karolinska Institutet Innovations.
Name one or several of your unexpected skills
I think I am a better juggler than the average SSES faculty.
What is the best thing about being part of SSES?
Meeting engaged students with different cultural and educational backgrounds. Also, the office is kind of nice.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
First, food, drinks and banter with friends and family. After that, a competitive round of board games.
Which living person do you most admire?
I admire people who follow their dreams.
Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
“Smile and wave”. Former students would probably say, “Trust the process”, a motto for the Unit of Bioentrepreneurship at Karolinska Institutet a few years back.
Which historical figure do you most identify with?
The hardest question this far, I have no idea, but given the option, I would have wanted to live in New York in the late seventies.

ABC – Always Be Creative
