Becoming Who You Want to Be

Create motivation, clarity, and direction with Self-Leadership

At one point or another, everyone feels caught between who they are and who they want to become. Most of us struggle more than we’d like to admit, balancing our responsibilities, personal lives, and aspirations. What will set you apart is whether you will wait around for clarity and motivation, or if you will take the initiative to build them yourself. Taking this workshop is that initiative.

This Weekend Workshop will give you practical tools to understand yourself better, make intentional choices, and build momentum in your studies, projects, and everyday life. Together, we’ll look at what fuels you, what drains you, and what gets in the way of your progress. By combining self-leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll learn how to navigate ambiguity, experiment with new approaches, and build the inner stability that allows you to grow with purpose. You will gain skills that help you stay focused, motivated, adaptable, and grounded – no matter how complex things get in your life.

Across the weekend, you’ll experiment with new ways of approaching your challenges, collaborate with others who are navigating similar questions, and practise techniques that make it easier to follow through on what matters. At the same time, you’re strengthening the self-leadership skills that form the core of the entrepreneurial mindset. With a balance of reflection and doing, you’ll learn how to adjust your approach in real time – turning awareness into action and action into lasting progress.

What You’ll learn:

  • How to stay motivated and focused by setting boundaries that protect your energy and help you take ownership of your work.
  • How to bring clarity to messy situations and make decisions even without complete information.
  • How to understand your purpose and what drives you, especially in uncertain or challenging moments.
  • How to recognise your strengths, handle setbacks, and build routines that support long-term growth and strengthen your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • How to collaborate more effectively by reaching out, co-creating, and using your network.
