Everybody who is anybody is talking about Agile. But what is it? How can you leverage agile principles in your future projects?
In an increasingly changing world characterised by high levels of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) it is fundamental that entrepreneurs have the necessary toolbox to navigate change and adapt to uncertainty. In this context, agile principles are progressively more important to entrepreneurs.
In this Weekend Workshop, you will be introduced to the Agile principles and methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban), as well as understand how to use Agile in the creation of a new project. Furthermore, you will leave the workshop with a foundational knowledge of a specific Agile methodology for high-cost-of-change/high-uncertainty development: Rapid Learning Cycles.
SKILLS GAINED IN THIS WORKSHOP:
- Understand the importance and applicability of Agile to today’s world
- Gain an understanding of the Rapid Learning Cycles framework that you can apply directly
- Project management in uncertain contexts, from planning, organisation, creation and execution
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team for faster and better results
