Sebastian is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stockholm School of Economics (House of Innovation) with an educational background in economics and management. He obtained his Ph.D. at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, University of Geneva, with his dissertation entitled ‘Artificial Intelligence in Organisations: Strategy and Decision Making in the Digital Age.’ During his doctoral studies, he spent one year as a visiting researcher at Warwick Business School.
His research interests include artificial intelligence, behavioral theory, and decision making. Specifically, exploring how digitalisation and artificial intelligence impact organizational theory and applied strategy. His research uses varying methods and contexts to analyse how humans and digital technology interact in decision-making settings and evaluate the outcomes in terms of performance and sustainability.
