Conscious Communication and Active decision-making
Many of us live our lives as if they were problems to be solved rather than mysteries to be lived. Such a mindset can easily keep us trapped in the infamous hamster wheel of success, perhaps running towards a future that is not even our own. In order to live a life of purpose and authenticity, we have to learn how to communicate consciously with ourselves and the people around us. Being real means being honest and authentic, having integrity and making mindful decisions. During this weekend workshop we will dive into the topic of conscious communication and give you the tools you need in order to better manage your stress and anxiety as well as improve your relationships with yourself and others.
During this two-day workshop we will explore how to keep it real and stay awake on the relentless quest for success. We will show you that energy flows where focus goes and that life is best lived from a place of purpose. We will work on a variety of exercises including one-on-one conversations focused on understanding what motivates you in business and private life and how to best align your values. As a bonus, participants will be invited to a yoga class at Urban OM (Wallingatan 20-22) during the weekend in order to practice embodiment, mindfulness and presence through movement.
