What makes up a successful innovation strategy and what are the best ways to explore entrepreneurial opportunities? In this interactive workshop, inspired by notions of the lean startup and the business model canvas, you will get the tools needed to create your own innovation strategy.
We will introduce the ideas behind the Opportunity Validation Canvas (OVC), a new method focused on the process design and exploration of early stage opportunities. The workshop will take you through a journey starting with the NABC model principle, followed by a guided process towards asset discovery, stakeholder mapping, value proposition, prototyping and pitching. As a participant, you will spend a lot of time working on your canvas and then share your insights with the group. In order to ensure that you get the greatest possible value out of the workshop, we will be working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
