Nice title? Sharp wardrobe? 50+ years of experience? Well, not really. Good leadership starts with an understanding of your passions and fears.

Leadership is not an ability which only a few people posses. It is a skill-set that anyone can master, and one which all growth-oriented entrepreneurs sooner or later will need to exercise.
This two-day dynamic and interactive workshop will take you through a process of learning based on stories of inspirational people individuals who inspire and through a journey of self-discovery using field work as well as different creative tools and exercises.

Before the workshop you will be asked to identify and establish contact with an individual you find interesting and inspirational as a leader in any field of life. From the start the workshop builds on this pre-work and you will be surprised by its ability to predict and identify your own passions and motivation-drivers.

The workshop is designed for anyone who wants to cre-activate life, get inspired and learn more about creative leadership. For creative leadership it is important to know yourself, understand others and learn how to work in groups, stimulating creativity and being able to constantly change between the roles of a leader and a follower. Because a successful modern organisation is like a jazz band, everyone is sometimes a leader and sometimes a follower.

We will try to form a group of participants who come from various fields and backgrounds, so we can boost the creativity in the process with different ideas and perspectives.

If you decide to apply for this workshop, please note it is not for people used to observing the dance floor from a distance and who only use words as a medium of expression.

She now lives in Stockholm where she combines her work as a free-lance consultant with research on how we can use knowledge from performance art to stimulate innovative mindset and leadership in business.
