On October 17, Dr. Annika Skoglund, PhD, researcher at Stockholm University School of Business, will present her paper "Self-management of the green enthusiast – the conflation of Sustainable Management and Human Resource Management."
The Paper Seminar series is a perfect opportunity to get up to speed with the entrepreneurship research scene and meet and greet your fellow researchers.
We follow the traditional approach with 30-45 minutes of presentation, followed by comments and discussion.
Paper Abstract
How is the green enthusiast called upon and incorporated in sustainable strategies? How is employee responsibility fostered today? This seminar aims to answer these questions by empirical examples, to draw out the power effects of neoliberal forms of management and self-regulation.
