Breakfast Seminar with Michael Treschow
On 17 February 2011 professional Board Member Michael Treschow visited SSES for a seminar on the topic of boards. As a Chairman of Ericsson and Unilever, and with a background in both Electrolux and AtlasCopco Michael shared his thoughts on the ideal constitution and function of a great board.
As an SSES supporter you are most probably a firm believer in interdisciplinarity. Whether or not this is the case, there are clear challenges in working with minds that are supposed to complement and challenge your own over time. At this seminar Micheal Treschow addressed the issue of growing and starting up by sharing his view and experiences from working with and on boards at all levels, including some of the world's most renowned and prestigious companies. Hear why 'failure' does not have to be the most common word in interdisciplinary settings.
