Lars Bergman

Dr. Lars Bergman was endowed Chair of Energy and Environmental Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics in 1991. Prior to that, he was first Acting Professor and then Professor of Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics, having joined the university in 1983. He is currently Director of the Master of Science Programme at the Stockholm School of Economics.
Outside the Stockholm School of Economics, he has also served on a number of boards. For example, as Chairman of the Swedish Economic Association, Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, Member of the Advisory Board of the Business and Social Research Institute and Chairman of the Swedish Association of Energy Economists.
