Mikolaj Norek is the Managing Director of FIM, the Forum for Innovation Management. FIM is an activity within the Karl-Adam Bonnier Foundation focusing on bringing together senior policy makers and selected high-level representatives from academia and the private sectors. FIM's operations include closed-door salon debates, seminars and workshops.
Mikolaj obtained a Master in Business Administration and a MA in Philosophy from the University of Vienna. In Vienna he has also founded and run a number of ventures, ranging from a theatre festival catering, a cosmetics production line to an exclusive contemporary art gallery.
In Sweden he is also the co-founder of the Global Entrepreneurship Programme bringing entrepreneurship and a global mindset to Swedish high schools. His latest venture is Lunch for Change, creating lunch meetings between young job seekers and decision makers.
A passionate networker, Mikolaj is also a Board Member of the Silicon Vikings and the Social Entrepreneurship Forum.
